This is the only picture showing the full body of Neil Armstrong working at the Apollo 11 lunar module “Eagle.” The task of taking series of panoramic photos was performed by Buzz Aldrin.
The Gemini 8 mission was a three day planned mission which lasted only one day due to a stuck thruster which caused the spacecraft to spin. This problem ended the hope for early planned space walk.

Buzz Aldrin took Neil Armstrongs Picture just an hour into the mission.
Either this photo was taken few seconds earlier or the solar Winds directed the camera more to the left. One can see Armstrong written on the red-lettered name tag as he just steps out of the frame .
