One of the biggest problems for Architects and Interior designers alike is the right usage of minimum / Scarce Space. Where it is a life changing experience it is also enough to test their creativity and original space usage conceptual direction. Jordan Parmas Digital Architecture has given us the perfect example of how to utilize space by working their wonder on this sixth floor tiny home office studio in New York making it functional yet aesthetically pleasing and desirable.
The design utilizes very minimal space to provide a very relaxing and sophisticated experience unlike any other that we have seen. This as already discussed is a text book example for architects on how to utilize space without losing functionality and the look factor.
The play of lightning and bright white color on the walls gives a very interesting yet widening effect, giving a bigger feel to the total interior. The Sculpted floor plan does great with the walls and the minimalistic furniture employed in the total plan. The wooden Volume does a great job in diving the apartment into different zones: Kitchen, living Room, Bathroom, Work Space and Sleeping Loft.
