Do animal cruelty laws apply to this art ?
New Zealand based Author Burton Silver and illustrator Heather Busch worked on a comedy book Why Paint Cats: The Ethics of Feline Aesthetics‘. Their work got a mixed response as some see the work as art and others take it as animal cruelty. Why paint Cats is about the practice of painting cats. Both of them asserted on this that they only used Photoshop but many of the people are skeptical about their claim.
