Lesbian artist Michelle Peterson-Albandoz Wood Art
Michelle Peterson-Albandoz is a fascinating artist who makes wood sculptures and paintings. The lesbian artist spent her childhood in Connecticut. She was totally obsessed with wood and trees in her childhood and this encouraged her to make wood works when she grew up. She runs her own gallery called Las Monas Gallery in Andersonville. She was 49 years old when she moved to Chicago to study at the Art Institute of Chicago 21 years from now and never left. She has been commissioned by many people to make a ‘souvenir’ for their building or their house. Her largest masterpiece is on exhibit and is currently the size of 6 feet by 12 feet. whereas the smallest one is 2.5 feet by 3 feet.
The wood art of Michelle Peterson-Albandoz is fantastic and it would be really artsy to own one of these pieces. Michelle is also a proud Lesbian and is pretty vocal about it. We publicly support her work and cause.
